Women on the Run

A running group for women run by women. They pride themselves on providing a friendly, fun environment for women who enjoy running.  

They are affiliated to English Athletics and their groups are led by qualified leaders.

They welcome women of all abilities including beginners. It does not matter how old you are, how fit you are or even your dress size, they simply want to share our love of this great sport in a safe, supportive and fun environment.
