All That Jazz
An afternoon workshop, and an evening performance.
The established "Company of Voyces" choir under the musical directorship of the renowned Robin Stopford invite anyone interested in attending an afternoon Jazz workshop, followed by an evening performance later the same day. The workshop will cover "Captain Noah and his Floating Zoo" and "Jonah."
Workshop attendees will be singing with the choir on Saturday 28 September. If you are interested please get in touch via email at events@prestonarts.com or telephone 07850 964629.
Workshop places are limited, so please book early. The choir will be accompanied by a professional Jazz trio. The evening concert will be open to the public.
This will prove to be an enjoyable evening of Jazz music and the water theme is aimed at supporting the RNLI, as a donation will given to this charity from the ticket proceeds.
"All That Jazz" is part of a series of events promoted by the Preston Arts Association as part of the Preston Arts Festival being held from the 15 to 29 September.
